The health and well-being of our children is very important to us. So we provide them with a healthy diet including lots of fruit and vegetables and just water or milk to drink.

Parents can see our Facebook page for up to date events and pictures and more reviews can be found on www.Daynurseries.co.uk.

We understand the importance of keeping busy and active for a growing child.  Your child will have access to a wide array of activities from which they can learn, develop and most importantly have fun.  Learning to challenge themselves and conduct their own risk assessments builds resilience which is vital for coping with the stresses of life in the 21st Century.

A child see’s the world around them with wonder and awe, and we believe in encouraging their natural curiosity. We know that success and growth come from encouragement and praise. Our practitioners focus on building every child’s self esteem and confidence through positive feedback and rewards. We nurture their natural strengths.

Communication and Language is one of the Prime areas of learning within our EYFS because good communication skills are vital to children's learning and central to all other aspects of the curriculum. We encourage both listening and talking through a range of activities such as reading stories, circle time and role play.

Good hygiene standards help to keep illness at bay. All children will learn from the very start that they must wash hands before eating, and after using the toilet.
