To avoid any misunderstandings with regards to an unexplained injury, we would ask you to make sure nursery staff are aware of any accidents or injuries, which have taken place outside of the nursery setting.


If any of the information you have given changes please notify us straight away so that our records are up to date in case of an emergency.
